- Discount & Subscription Pricing
- The 40% discount applies to your first month only.
- After your first month, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly price shown at checkout.
- Prices include applicable taxes.
- Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
There are no long term commitments you’re free to manage your subscription at any time before renewal.

- Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically on or around the 1st of each month.
- Payment will be taken using your selected payment method at renewal.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, any cancellations, pauses, or changes must be made at least 7 days before renewal (by the 23rd of the previous month).
You can manage your subscription anytime through your online account portal.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription boxes are shipped around the 14th of each month.
- Orders are expected to arrive around the 16th of the same month (delivery times may vary slightly).
- Shipping is available within the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and selected shipping method.
- The Tea Group is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
- 2nd Class Shipping is free of charge within the United Kingdom.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- There are no minimum subscription terms.
- As this is an exclusive discounted offer, refunds are not available on discounted first month subscriptions, including the Vodafone VeryMe 40% promotion.
- After renewal, standard refund policies apply in line with consumer rights.
All cancellations or changes must be made through your account portal before the cancellation deadline.
